Making an Appointment:

Our holistic health practitioners are available by appointment. Please stop by or call our DUPONT office at 202-332-3501 or our GEORGETOWN office at 202-333-7025 to schedule an appointment. If you need help determining which service is most suited to your specific health needs, please feel free to contact our office and ask to speak with a health care professional, who can help you.

Arriving for your Appointment:

For your first appointment please arrive 15 minutes early so that you have sufficient time to complete intake forms. For follow-up appointments please arrive on time. Late arrivals will receive shortened treatments as the end time will remain the same. Delays of over 15 minutes will be considered a missed appointment.

Tulsi Holistic Living Policies:

Payment Policy - Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check and credit cards (Visa & Master Card). For certain services, a deposit maybe requested at the time of making the appointment.

Discounted Packages – Discounted packages are available for certain treatments - $5 off each treatment for a package of 5 and $10 off each treatment for a package of 10. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They expire 6 months from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy - In an effort to provide you with professional and personalized holistic health care, our practitioners reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Please provide us with a minimum 48 hour notification if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. We have a strict cancellation fee of $50 for 1 hour appointments and $75 for appointments over 1 hour for all late cancellations & missed appointments.
